- At least 14+ Yrs. Mapping/Navigation experience
- Data analysis experience is an added advantage
- Expert in excel based analysis and should have good knowledge on Quip
- Should be able articulate and present the analysis findings in a meaningful way to support decision-making and business performance
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategies for data analytics pipelines, ensuring alignment with customer goals and objectives.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders both internal and External
- Critical Thinking & Problem Solving: Ability to use knowledge, facts and data to effectively solve the problems
- Critical Decision Making: Ability to make timely decisions based on data, context and best practices, for new and unexpected situations
- Process Development: Develop and implement quality management processes and frameworks that ensure GIS and navigation products adhere to industry standards and customer requirements.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for improvement in quality processes, introducing new methodologies and technologies to enhance product quality and reduce defects.
- Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain rigorous testing and quality assurance processes to ensure the reliability and accuracy of map data.
- Data Analysis and Insights: Utilize data analytics to improve POI data, enhancing user experience and identify the opportunities for improvement and drive till the end
- Feedback and Improvement: Collect user feedback and continuously iterate on the data to enhance the user experience.
- Training and Support: Provide training and support to team members and ensure effective utilization of both Training and Analysis team
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of data processes and workflow
