Clinical Nursing Quality Instructor

Job Description: Collaborate with the Education and Training Department, Nurse Managers/Clinicians, and other healthcare professionals in developing on-the-job training and nursing-related clinical competencies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and Work Instructions. Assist in providing initial and ongoing on-the-job training for nurses in the respective department. Perform clinical supervision and support newly employed nurses in the respective department. Act as a resource person to nurses on clinical and nursing quality-related matters. Enhance professional nursing development in the respective department through continuous mentoring, coaching, and role modeling. Assist Nursing Quality in managing Nursing Quality issues to ensure high standards of nursing practice in the respective department. Promote a culture of safety, quality, and service excellence by constantly monitoring compliance. Participate in nursing quality improvement-related projects. Participate in physician rounds and collaborate with physicians and other allied healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of patient care. Ensure correct billing of consumables used for patients. Perform other assignments as required by the Nurse Manager/Clinician. Job Requirements: Possess a valid SNB Registered Nurse Practising Certificate. Diploma/Degree in Nursing with a strong clinical nursing background. Advanced Diploma in Nursing (Orthopedic, Oncology, Med-surg) preferred. Clinical Instructor certificate is preferred. Possess a valid BCLS and AED certificate. Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience. Able to commit to morning and afternoon shifts. Singaporean/PR only. #J-18808-Ljbffr
