Site Coordinator cum Supervisor

Job Description Full support to Project Manager in project implementation. Attend meetings as required and follow up with issues raised. Understand and ensure compliance in project requirement and scope of work. Work closely with other site operations staff to meet the project schedule. Ensure installation is carried out as per instructions and approved specifications. Keep and maintain proper and updated site records on progress of work and report to superior. Monitor, coordinate and keep track of the site work progress to ensure all work is carried out in a quality and efficient manner. Assign job tasks to workers and conduct daily briefings. Ensure compliance with WSH Regulation & Safety Procedures. Close monitoring of jobs and provide necessary updates to internal division. Respond to customer's feedback and inquiries, provide good client support, and maintain a good relationship. Identify and resolve workplace problems. Provide reports and activity updates to management. Perform any other related duties as assigned. All other ad-hoc duties and tasks assigned from time to time. Requirement At least 2 years of working experience in the construction industry (preferably in cable) for this position. Possess 2B or Class 3 driving license. Possess Advance Certificate in Workplace Safety & Health, Risk Management, and First Aid certified. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Ability to multi-task, adapt, and be quick on feet to handle challenges on site. Proactive attitude, self-motivated, strong problem-solving ability, and communication skills.
