(Japanese speaking) Supply Chain Executive (Immediately hiring)

Our client has been looking for a (Japanese speaking) Supply Chain Executive who can join the company. Job Responsibilities: Collect, analyze, and interpret supply chain data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities. Develop and maintain comprehensive reports and dashboards to monitor supply chain performance. Implement best practices and innovative solutions to streamline supply chain operations and enhance efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of supply chain processes. Demand Planning, Forecasting and Inventory Planning: Develop accurate demand forecasts, and monitor forecasts based on market trends, sales data, and other relevant factors. Support development and review of monthly production plans to suppliers. Optimize inventory levels and develop inventory management strategies to minimize stockouts and excess inventory. Monitor inventory performance and take corrective actions as necessary. Handle small scale customers or more easily managed customers. Any other ad hoc duties as required. Job Requirements: Preferably minimum 3-5 years working experience in Semiconductors, Trading or Distributors. Able to speak Japanese language to liaise with Japanese HQ. Experience as a Data Analyst or similar role, preferably in an inventory planning or supply chain environment. Proficiency in data manipulation and analysis tools. Familiarity with data visualization tools. Understanding of inventory management principles and supply chain dynamics. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets. Excellent interpersonal skills, humble, cheerful and good working attitude. Willing to travel overseas to meet customers or suppliers when necessary. Able to commence work immediately or within short notice will be advantageous.
