We’re seeking a creative thinker with versatile writing and research skills to join our team. The ideal candidate: We are looking for someone who believes in the power of the written word and use it to sell anything—from real estate to crocs! The ideal candidate should have: · The versatility to write everything from punchy headlines for ads and social media posts to long copy for blogs and brochures · Be curious enough to delve into a client’s business, conduct thorough research, and uncover valuable insights · Have a strong command of the English language is essential, and knowledge of colloquial Hindi is a plus RESPONSIBILITIES: · Interpret creative briefs to develop and produce creative concepts through execution on assigned projects · Research and understand the client's needs, brand archetype, target audience persons, and audit past work for creative efficacy · Write original copy and edit content for a range of marketing and communications materials – emails, social media ads, social media posts, ads for Google ad network, Search engine marketing, brochures, leaflets, etc. · Collaborate with internal teams from concept development to delivery of the final product (e.g. email campaigns and landing pages). · Revise copy based on internal and client feedback/direction. · Collaborate with designers, PR and other professionals on large- and small-scale marketing projects · Edit and proofread copy · Knowledge of SEO principles is a plus QUALIFICATIONS ( Apply only if you meet the following criterion ): · A Bachelor’s degree in any discipline is preferred · The candidate should have at least 2 to 4 years of professional copywriting experience along with a compelling portfolio · Social media or content marketing experience a plus · An energetic, highly skilled and innovative writer with a keen eye for detail. · Experience working with content management systems, WordPress, etc., is a plus · Ability to work independently and with the team to meet deadlines · Excellent organizational skill and multitasking ability · Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Powerpoint Work timings: Full-time in-office role including working on alternate Saturdays.
