Job Description As a Front-End Developer , you will be responsible for implementing user interfaces that align with the designs provided by the UI/UX team, ensuring a seamless and responsive user experience for our gen products. This role bridges the gap between design and technology, focusing on transforming design concepts into functional, high-performance web and application interfaces. Responsibilities: Translate high-fidelity designs and style guides from the UI/UX team into interactive, pixel-perfect, and functional front-end code. Build reusable and modular front-end components to enhance scalability and maintainability. Ensure consistent performance and appearance across different browsers and devices. Optimize front-end performance to achieve fast loading times, smooth interactions, and overall application responsiveness. Collaborate with UI/UX designers to address design feasibility and ensure technical implementation meets user experience goals. Work closely with back-end developers to integrate APIs and other services. Identify, debug, and resolve front-end issues, ensuring the stability and reliability of user-facing features. Maintain comprehensive documentation for front-end code, workflows, and development processes. Requirements: Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in software development. Proficiency in modern front-end frameworks/libraries. Experience with front-end build tools. Understanding of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility standards. Professional experience using version control systems. Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments. Familiarity with testing frameworks. Reporting to: Technical Lead #J-18808-Ljbffr
