What the Graduate Programme will look like During your first 24-month experience, you will have committed people leaders guide you through each rotation, a buddy who will share experiences with you, as well as support from a senior business mentor along the way. The programme also offers structured professional development sessions. Talent Solutions Aon’s rewards practice, a segment of the firm’s Human Capital business, provides clients with a powerful mix of data, analytics and advice to help them make better and more equitable rewards decisions. This includes compensation and benefits benchmarking and the design of executive, employee and sales compensation plans. Responsibilities
- Research and analyze competitive compensation practices in a defined market
- Perform specialized research studies on a range of compensation topics, as assigned
- Analyze and interpret data and prepare summary reports
- Provide routine, day-to-day support to consultants regarding the interpretation of data and findings
- Participates in the client meetings, takes notes, develop and draft deliverables based on project scope and statement of work, with the supervision of senior colleagues
- Develops presentation materials for clients with the high quality
- Proficiency in effective communication, encompassing both verbal and written forms
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; able to identify problems and solutions
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Solid research skills and financial acumen
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel spreadsheets, PowerPoint
