About The Role As the Chief Technology and Innovation Officer, you will lead the organisation’s technology strategy and execution, reporting directly to the CEO. You’ll oversee a small, dynamic team, drive a holistic technology roadmap, and deliver impactful solutions. This role balances strategic vision with hands-on leadership to achieve operational excellence and business growth. Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement innovative technology strategies aligned with our business objectives. Team Leadership: Mentor and inspire a high-performing technology team, fostering collaboration and creativity. Project Execution: Oversee technology projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with goals. Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate technology’s impact effectively to senior leadership and other stakeholders. External Partnerships: Leverage industry networks to enhance capabilities through partnerships and vendor collaboration. Operational Excellence: Combine strategic oversight with hands-on involvement in system management and troubleshooting. What We’re Looking For 10+ years of experience in technology, with a blend of technical and leadership roles. A proven track record in the hospitality industry or other customer-focused sectors (preferred). Experience developing and executing technology strategies in small to medium-sized organisations. Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to translate technical concepts into actionable business strategies. A hands-on leader who thrives in both strategic and operational environments.
