Farm Supervisor

Farm Supervisor. St. Soldier Farms Inc. Location: Bolton, ON. Salary:

21.75 hourly / 30 hours per week. Full time. Day, Morning. Starts as

soon as possible. Languages English. Education Secondary (high) school

graduation certificate. Experience 1 to less than 7 months. Work must

be completed at the physical Location. There is no option to work

remotely.

Responsibilities: Consider water saturation, light, and temperature

when planning for crop growth and development. Cultivate a vertical

farming system. Cut agricultural crops. Develop specific plans to

prioritize. Greenhouse cleaning. Harvest seedlings. Implement soil

fertility programs. Mixing fertilizer. Seed cutting. Soil fertility

programs. Tie and secure plants. Assist in the development and

implementation of farm safety and biosecurity procedures. Provide

agricultural crop services such as plowing, irrigating, cultivating,

spraying, or harvesting. Co-ordinate and supervise the work of general

farm workers and harvesting labourers. Ensure farm safety and

biosecurity procedures are followed. Maintain quality control and

production records. Supervise and oversee breeding and other

livestock-related programs. Supervise and oversee growing and other

crop-related operations. Maintain work records and logs. Credentials.

Certificate.
