Occupational Therapist (Part Time)

Occupational Therapist helps children develop, recover, or maintain the skills needed for learning and daily activities. This includes addressing fine and gross motor skills, sensory processing issues, and social-emotional challenges that impact their academic and personal growth. REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum Bachelor in Occupational Therapy.
- Valid license to practice as an Occupational Therapist.
- Compassion and empathy with a thirst for knowledge.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Patience, empathy, and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge about learning disabilities, behavioral disorders, and other special educational needs.
- Preferably have own vehicle.
- Able to communicate well with team members.
- Assist/Conduct small group therapy for children with special needs (Autism, ADHD, Cerebral Palsy, Intellectual Disability, Learning Difficulties, etc.).
- Prepare lesson plans and track data on students' performance.
- Track and document students' progress and modify plans as needed.
- Prepare home activities for parents to practice at home.
- Implement the goals set by Supervisor/Team Lead.
- Conduct therapy sessions for individuals and/or groups of students.
- Educate students, parents, and caregivers about therapy techniques and resources.
- Ensure all therapy sessions and practices comply with health regulations and ethical guidelines.
