Job Description

  • Receiving customer inquiries and samples/drawings, preparing New Item Inquiries, and sending Quotations and samples to the customer.
  • Inquiring to customers about all requirements related to the product and disseminating them to the concerned department.
  • Receiving drawings/specifications and guidelines from customers and endorsing to Design and QMR respectively for registration to DCC.
  • Preparing and issuing Job orders for quotation/sample requests and Purchase orders received from customers.
  • Coordinating with the customer regarding delivery schedule, balance in delivery, return of rejected delivery, special approval, and other issues.
  • Preparing Daily Loading and issuing to concerned department, and following-up status in production and delivery.
  • Preparing Delivery Receipts and sales invoices for finished goods.
  • Monitoring the status of customer purchases and delivery and coordinating with customers in case of possible late deliveries.
  • Coordinating with customers regarding customer-owned tools, jigs, and materials.
  • Preparing Revision Notice in case of customer change, registering it to DCC, and updating the Revision Notice Monitoring Record for the status of implementation.
  • Informingcustomersr and submitting documents in case of 4M change.
  • Receiving notice/complaint from customers, preparing Customer Complaints Reports, issuing Corrective and Preventive Action Reports (CPAR,) and submitting the accomplished CPAR to the customer.
  • Sending Customer Satisfaction Survey once a year to active customers, preparing Customer’s Satisfaction Survey Monitoring Report, analyzing the result of the survey and coordinating with • Receiving customer inquiries and sample/drawings, preparing New Item Inquiries, and sending Quotations and samples to the customer.

Educational Background:

- College graduate or any business course

Qualification:

Graduate of any 4-year course

With at least 6 months of relevant experience

Must be excellent in communication and computer literate

Knowledgeable in office applications

Can work under pressure

Employment Status:

  • 6 months Probationary
  • With positional allowance
  • Increase allowance upon regularization
Compensation Package:

  • Basic Monthly Salary- P14,000- 15, 000( negotiable depends on relevant experience)
  • Positional Allowance- P1,000- P4,000
  • Annual Increase- ( Based on Performance Evaluation)
Working Schedule:

- 8:00 am to 5:00 pm- Monday to Saturday
