Job Specification: Technical Support and Compliance Supervisor My client is seeking a dedicated Technical and Compliance Supervisor to join their team. This pivotal role ensures our products meet regulatory standards and that business processes comply with industry regulations. The successful candidate will provide technical support, oversee compliance with health and safety standards, and manage data recording and analysis to drive informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Support:

1. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for end-users promptly.
2. Develop and update in-house technical documentation.
3. Assist customers with device setup, usage, and maintenance.

Compliance Management:

1. Ensure compliance with Irish health and safety regulations and industry standards.
2. Develop, implement, and monitor compliance policies, especially for medical equipment.
3. Conduct audits and risk assessments to maintain compliance with HPRA and HSA guidelines.

Data Recording and Analysis:

1. Collect, record, and analyse operational data to support decision-making.
2. Maintain detailed records of compliance, safety incidents, and technical interactions.

Training and Development:

1. Deliver training on compliance, safety protocols, and technical updates.
2. Monitor industry and regulatory developments to update training materials.

Collaboration:

1. Partner with internal teams, regulatory bodies, and healthcare professionals to ensure product and service excellence.

Qualifications and Experience

1. Degree in Engineering, Health Sciences, or Compliance Management, or equivalent experience.
2. Minimum 3 years in a technical support or compliance role, ideally in the medical equipment sector.
3. Health and safety certifications are highly desirable.
