Head of Operations - EPC company (semiconductor projects)

Our client is a well established EPC company (Engineering, Procurement, Construction), founded over 100 years ago and with operations worldwide. They specialise in high-tech projects (semiconductor, data-centers, pharma). They are now looking to hire a Head of Operations who will be managing the Project Managers and will be responsible for the Profit and Loss of Projects in operational areas. This role reports to the Managing Director. Responsibilities: Develop long and short term plan, process and procedure in alignment with entities directives. Integrate BU and CM to achieve better work cooperation. Responsible for the Profit and Loss of Projects in operational areas. Responsible for giving overall direction and goals of projects to project teams. Assist Managing Director with group budget, cost control and meeting financial goals. Monitor and assist to implement and maintain group quality program. Monitor and assist to implement and maintain group safety program. Assist Managing Director to monitor departments to implement effective and strategic organization structure, operational policies and procedure to support the delivery of business result. Develop and direct group operational strategy and communication.
