Home Care Nurse (East, Geriatric/Palliative, up t $7K) - HWX

Responsibilities: Provide chronic disease, activities of daily living and/or palliative advice and counselling, as well as nursing procedures such as nasogastric tube insertion, catheter management and wound care. Requirements: Minimum Diploma/Degree in Nursing or equivalent. Registered with Singapore Nursing Board. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in geriatric nursing and/or palliative care. Ability to work both independently as well as in a multidisciplinary team, with families and caregivers. Meticulous and responsible in maintaining standards of professional nursing practice. Service-oriented with good communication skills and a passion for clinical care delivery. Advanced/Specialist Diploma in Palliative Nursing or Geriatric Care is an added advantage.
