Key Requirements Proven QHSEA leadership experience in the offshore/oil & gas sector, with a focus on C&I projects. Proven experience in developing and implementing QHSEA strategies and policies. Comprehensive knowledge of maritime regulations and ISO standards. Strong background in risk assessment, incident management, and compliance audits. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Relevant certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH, ISM Code, ISO) are essential.
