Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Manager to join our team at Swiss-Belresidences. As the ideal candidate, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our front office department, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and maintaining high standards of quality.About the Role
The successful candidate will have 3-4 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in financial management, leadership, and customer service. You will be responsible for coordinating tasks and operations, preparing detailed financial reports, and analyzing performance results to identify areas for improvement. You will also be expected to monitor market trends, develop knowledge of competitor strategies, and assist with budget development and target setting. Additionally, you will provide ongoing communication to staff regarding policies, programs, and procedures, and ensure all operating procedures are strictly adhered to. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with other managers to ensure efficient operations and provide excellent guest service. You will also be responsible for managing guest feedback, making recommendations for improvements, and ensuring all department-level billing and cashiering procedures are followed.Responsibilities
- Coordinate tasks and operations of departments under supervision
- Prepare and produce detailed financial reports as required
- Analyze performance results to identify areas for improvement
- Monitor market trends and competitor strategies
- Assist with budget development and target setting
- Provide ongoing communication to staff regarding policies, programs, and procedures
- Ensure all operating procedures are strictly adhered to
- Manage guest feedback and make recommendations for improvements
- Ensure all department-level billing and cashiering procedures are followed
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you will need:- 3-4 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong background in financial management, leadership, and customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment
What We Offer
