Senior Administrative Coordinator for Senior Leadership

Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Administrative Coordinator to provide exceptional support to our senior leadership team at Kooheji Contractors Co. As an integral part of our administration department, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the calendar, meetings, and appointments of our COO. Main Responsibilities:
- Schedule internal and external meetings and arrange necessary agenda, minutes of meeting, and logistics.
- Maintain and organize confidential files and documents.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records, reports, and databases.
- Assist in drafting and distributing official company communications.
- Correspondence and communication with all departments.
- Proven experience as an executive secretary or administrative assistant.
- Familiarity with the construction industry is advantageous.
- Bachelor's degree in Office Management or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and calendar management tools.
- Excellent organizational, time management, multitasking, and prioritization skills.
- A salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum.
