This role will drive innovation, streamline operations, and improve scalability, aligning with business goals and emerging technology trends. The ideal candidate will have a blend of technical acumen, leadership ability, and experience in automation, transformation, and stakeholder collaboration. Responsibilities: Lead transformative initiatives for infrastructure and network systems optimization, ensuring high availability, resilience, and scalability, especially for tools such as SolarWinds, ELK, and AWS. Drive the adoption of innovative technologies to enhance infrastructure and network systems capabilities. Identify improvement opportunities and develop a roadmap for system upgrades and cost optimization. Design and implement automation strategies to improve operational efficiency and ensure compliance. Establish and develop a configuration management framework for IT infrastructure from the ground up. Oversee capacity planning, monitoring, and performance tuning for current and future infrastructure needs. Enhance processes to support scalability, security compliance, and resilience of infrastructure and network systems. Collaborate with key stakeholders across IT and business units to align infrastructure transformation-related initiatives with business objectives. Maintain comprehensive documentation for processes and configuration management. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 6+ years of technical experience in IT infrastructure and network management in a lead role, with a focus on transformation, automation, and optimization. Proven ability to lead complex transformation projects and drive cross-functional team engagement. Hands-on expertise with tools and platforms such as SolarWinds, AWS, Ansible, and Tenable. Relevant certifications, such as CCNP, CCIE, CCNA, MCSE, or similar, are preferred. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
