What you'll do OPERATIONAL

  • Drives consistent channel strategy including channel segmentation and in-store/shopper marketing activities.
  • Supports channel offer optimization.
  • Collaborates with marketing, sales, and channel/account management to define and deliver tools and programs that are effective, sustainable, scalable, and measurable.
  • Leads partner-related launch efforts for products, services, and platforms.
FINANCIAL
  • Manages revenues and IGM targets within the assigned Channel.
  • Develops metrics, forecasts, analyzes, and reports monthly on channel marketing spend and return by account. Adjust plans & objectives when appropriate.
CUSTOMER
  • Understanding the customer journey and how to realize a seamless experience both online and offline.
  • Designs Channel activities and programs focused on Channel market needs.
  • Defines operating principles and rules of engagement with customers.
PEOPLE
  • Drives cross-functional collaboration, strategic focus, and organizational agility.
  • Influences a winning spirit, embedding our culture in the channel sales teams.

  • Building collateral for partner channels (banners, webpages, social posts).
  • Able to manage media buying for always-on campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of paid search, SEO, SEM, social, mobile app (development).
  • Strong focus on B2B eCommerce, focusing on analytics and setting KPIs accordingly.
  • Understand how to translate analytical data/dashboards into improvements.
