Holiday Inn Abu Dhabi is looking for an efficient and team-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to join our dynamic team! Holiday Inn is the first of its brand in Abu Dhabi, featuring 203 modern and stylish rooms. What’s the job? As a Housekeeping Supervisor , you will ensure all team members are trained and maintaining IHG way of Clean. You will manage the day-to-day team with the support of the Head Housekeeper. We’re seeking someone passionate about creating great guest experiences for this vital role. A little taste of your day-to-day

Handle and assist in department training and orientation of all new hosts and regular trainings to Housekeeping team members.
Demonstrate to Housekeeping team members how to perform each task according to hotel service standards.
Maintain regular and effective communication with other departments.
Monitor daily arrivals according to occupancy report in coordination with the Laundry and Housekeeping management.
Supervise and inspect the work of Housekeeping team members ensuring high standards of order, hygiene, sanitation, cleanliness and aesthetic value.

What we need from you The successful candidate must demonstrate the ability to work in a multi-tasking environment, be enthusiastic and positive, and have an excellent guest-handling manner. The candidate must have:

High school diploma or equivalent and at least 2 years’ experience in a similar hotel operational setting. Hospitality diploma/degree from a recognized hospitality school is preferred.
Technical skills including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with various hotel systems (POS, PMS, CRM).
Knowledge of IHG Way of Clean and its policies on room allocation.
