Help AG is looking for a talented and experienced Senior Security Consultant who will be mainly involved in post-sales activities. Apart from post-sales activities, the candidate will also be involved in presales activities. Post-sales activities cover the implementation and integration of security products/solutions, design audit, and review of the network- and security solutions. Presales activities cover solution presentation, scoping, professional services effort estimation, and the delivery of cybersecurity solutions proof of concept. The primary targets are customer satisfaction, professionalism, accuracy, and high quality of work/duties.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

1. Deploy targeted security solutions.
2. Take joint ownership with the pre-sales team in building projects SoW and delivering POCs.
3. Lead projects delivering architectural-level requirements and supervising activities related to deployment, configuration, testing, and troubleshooting.
4. Execute technical security projects for clients.
5. Act as a subject matter expert for information security services.
6. Interact and communicate with vendor support organizations and engineers.
7. Design security architectures for clients.
8. Research innovative solutions for client needs.
9. Deliver successful proof of concepts for clients.
10. Maintain healthy project status.
11. Handle customer demands and requests.
12. Provide support for other team members.

Qualifications & Skills:

1. Bachelor’s degree in information security or IT-related field or equivalent experience.
2. 7+ years of experience in Cybersecurity.
3. Experience in IT Consulting companies.
4. High experience with integration and implementation of technologies such as F5 (LTM, ASM, APM, GTM), Forcepoint (NGFW, DLP, Email Security, Proxy), Fortinet (NGFW, Email Security, Proxy, WAF, NAC, SD-WAN).
5. Additional experience with other Cybersecurity vendors and technologies (Cisco, Palo Alto, CyberArk, OPSWAT, Tenable, Boldon James) is an advantage.
6. Understanding of information security concepts and related technology.
7. Strong background in TCP/IP networking of large-scale organizations, including routing and switching (OSPF and BGP).
8. Experience in cloud infrastructure (Azure, AWS, OCI).
9. Strong knowledge in the cybersecurity domain.
10. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
11. The ability to architect, design, and implement targeted solutions.
12. Experience in large-scale organizations on the customer side and in an IT vendor environment.
13. Presentation skills in front of a large audience.
14. Ability to identify new work areas and set new goals.
15. Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
16. Proper and structured documentation and diagramming.
17. Excellent organizational skills in enterprise support.
18. Outstanding customer handling, friendly and goal-oriented.
19. Ability to understand complex business processes and activities.
20. Flexible work approach based on job requirements.
21. Ability to manage own projects.
