Amazon.com.br is an important and fast-growing business for Amazon. Amazon is seeking a Senior Product Manager who will lead pricing operations for Retail in Brazil. This PM must be comfortable interfacing with various functional teams, have a passion for data analysis and strategy in an ambiguous problem space, and be willing to roll up their sleeves to ensure that we are offering the right price to our customers. A successful candidate will be highly analytical, resourceful, customer-focused, and will have the ability to work independently under time constraints to meet deadlines. The PM will have a proven track record in taking on end-to-end ownership and successfully delivering results in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment. Job Responsibilities Work with global teams to ensure that all pricing programs are in place. Support business teams on operational needs. Build reports, analyze data, and transform it into insights for business teams. Control the execution of all business, fiscal, and administrative functions of the assigned product. Take accountability and drive planning and resolution. Be comfortable in different roles, sometimes supporting, sometimes leading, and have the ability to "roll up their sleeves" to drive initiatives to completion. Monitor and report on the progress of all activity within the program area including significant milestones and any conditions which would affect program cost or schedule. Take accountability while providing status, asking for help, and immediately escalating issues and problems as necessary. Communicate across various parties to ensure alignment of goals and tasks to ensure the overall success of the program. Work within various time constraints to meet critical business needs. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements. - Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - Experience driving process improvements. - Master's degree or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design, or a related field.
