We’re Hiring: L3 Support Technician – Islamabad, Pakistan Are you a tech-savvy professional ready to tackle enterprise-level challenges? Join our team at the IPG Office in Islamabad and provide remote support to global clients.

What You’ll Do:

1. Troubleshoot and manage hardware issues with systems like Dell, HP, and Cisco.
2. Analyze system logs and collaborate with client teams to resolve issues.
3. Handle ~1 ticket per day with prompt and efficient solutions.
4. Build long-term relationships with the client’s tech teams for consistent support.

What We’re Looking For:

1. Expertise in enterprise hardware and troubleshooting methodologies.
2. Certifications:
1. Dell EMC Certified Specialist (DCS)
2. HP ASE (Accredited Solutions Expert)
3. Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)
4. CompTIA Network+
5. Splunk Core Certified User (For system log management and analysis)
3. Strong communication skills in English (local language skills are a plus).
4. Commitment to quick response times and client satisfaction.

Contract Details:

1. Duration: 1 year, extendable based on performance.
2. Location: Islamabad IPG Office, with remote client support.
