• Build strong supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and manage partnerships.
• Identify and execute opportunities to increase additional income streams.
• Source and develop innovative products, managing them from concept to market launch.
• Stay informed on market trends and conduct competitor analysis to ensure competitiveness.
• Plan core and seasonal product range to optimise assortment and stock levels.
• Set and adjust pricing strategies to ensure profitability and report on sales performance to senior management.
• Collaborate with the supply chain to ensure full product availability.
