Excellent career progression structure Opportunities for professional development Good overall company benefits As an Accounts and Admin Officer, you will be responsible for the following duties: Support the preparation of invoices, payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries. Ensure accuracy in financial record-keeping and ledger maintenance. Prepare and file tax returns, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements. Perform bank reconciliations and manage cash flow activities. Aid in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements. Assist with budget creation and monitoring. Provide support for various account inquiries as needed. Oversee office supplies and inventory management. Support scheduling of meetings and calendar coordination. Manage communications and correspondence with clients and vendors. Perform any additional related tasks and ad-hoc duties as needed. Requirements: Possess a Diploma in Accountancy or related fields.
