Production Test Lead / ATE Test/ Teradyne

Hands-on Experience in ATE Test/ Teradyne & UFlex Test HW Development (Loadboard & Probecard) Test Debugging Team Management We are looking for an experienced Test Manager in the semiconductor industry with 5 years or more experience, strong hands-on experience in ATE Tester and Teradyne J750/ UFlex. This individual will lead a team of Test Engineers to meet the company's goals. Responsibilities: Perform ATE Test Program Development for new products (Production and Characterization Test) with Teradyne (J750/ UFlex) and Advantest testers. Design and develop Final Test Loadboard and Wafersort Probecard. Perform Characterization Testing, prepare test specifications, define tests, conditions, and criteria. Digital and mixed-signal pattern program development. Manage production test yield/ quality, maverick/ engineering lots. Hands-on test debugging, RMA analysis, and improving test solutions (HW & SW). Build Production test plan, schedule, resources requirement and project tracking and execution. Establish cost-effective production test solutions. Conduct product test and release review, approve test program releases. Requirements: Minimum Degree or above in Computer Science/ Engineering. Minimum 5 years of experience in ATE Test Program Development (C++/ VB). Proficient in Test HW Development (Loadboard and Probecard).
