Skip to content Business Development Manager - B2B Hunter Sales Role We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Assistant Business Development Manager to join our team in Singapore, working closely with management to drive business expansion. Job Highlights: Management of High-Profile Client Accounts Coverage of APAC Region Strategic Account Management and New Business Development Job Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategic business development plans to identify, qualify, and nurture new leads and opportunities. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to uncover emerging trends, customer needs, and potential growth areas. Clearly communicate the company's products, services, and value proposition to prospective clients. Collaborate with the sales team to support the complete sales cycle, from lead generation through to contract negotiation and finalization. Provide timely and accurate reports on business development activities, pipeline status, and key performance indicators. Assist in creating marketing materials and sales support content. Stay informed about industry trends, the competitive landscape, and best practices in business development. Contribute to the overall growth and success of the organization by identifying new revenue opportunities and strategic partnerships. Skills: Preferably a degree holder or equivalent qualification. Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field. Proven history of successfully generating new business and driving revenue growth. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work collaboratively within a cross-functional team environment. Good project management skills with the capacity to handle multiple tasks independently and meet tight deadlines. Familiarity with the industry and target market is preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
