Operations Manager [F&B Outlet Manager / Supervise multiple stores)

Job Info: Salary: Basic up to $5000 + VB Working Hours: 6 days; Retail Hours Location: Central region, Bencoolen / Island wide This role will require overseeing multiple stores F&B industry, Japanese brand Job Scope: Ensure store schedules align with management needs and coordinate manpower deployment, hiring, and interviews. Supervise store managers to enforce SOPs, manage operations, and ensure compliance with food hygiene and SFA standards. Oversee training, equipment maintenance, and stock management, ensuring smooth store operations. Update menus across stores and delivery platforms, and manage equipment replacement as necessary. Collaborate with Business Development, Marketing, and Accounts teams to support product launches, promotions, and accurate sales tracking.
