Primary Responsibilities: Develop and review operation plans to improve work procedures and quality service delivery Analyse and manage major incidents and emergencies in collaboration with relevant persons Ensure teams adhere to safety measures during cleaning operations Manage actions with internal stakeholders regarding corporate compliance and procurement requirements (including project plan & ISO systems) Manage Quality Service audits on various work sites Implement Quality Inspections for new tender or/and project start-up (Continual Improvement, Meeting of KPIs, etc.) Conduct on-site 3rd Party Audit to ensure impartiality to Audit Procedures Implement continual improvement to work methodology and increase productivity Evaluate relevant data collection from client feedback and LDs to propose recommendations for cleaning process improvement Conduct WSQ and POJT on Machinery Training (e.g., MS, ATLV, etc.) on-site for IPC project Assist on company innovation projects, enhancement/implementation of work management app/system and mechanization/robotics Review and advise on Department Monthly/Weekly Reports (KPI, Equipment Usage, etc.) and approve Department Timesheet/Attendance Support Operations Director in the preparation of tender specifications and quotations for cleaning operations Other duties and projects as assigned #J-18808-Ljbffr
