Overview of the role We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of FP&A to join our Automotive division in Dubai. This role will support the GM Finance – Automotive FP&A with respect to divisional FP&A strategy, system developments, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. What you will do
- Lead the Divisional Financial Planning & Analysis team in supporting the General Manager-Finance and Chief Financial Officer with driving the overall strategy, system/solution development, and management reporting.
- Support the preparation and monitoring of budgets and forecasts, ensuring reliability and accuracy of key assumptions.
- Collaborate with Group Finance and Auto Financial Planning & Analysis in planning the Budget/Forecast process and calendar.
- Lead the management reporting process, including the completion of decks, and periodic business performance reviews.
- Support strategic planning and capital allocation, identifying and driving cross-business synergies.
- Engage with key stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting and analysis.
- Qualified in Finance (CIMA), Accounting (CA), MBA, or equivalent.
- More than 10 years of relevant experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Strong capabilities in complex financial modelling and knowledge of SAP ERP, SAP BPC.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage time effectively and work under pressure.
- Personal integrity and accountability.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and follow up on outstanding issues.
- Readiness to persevere with difficult tasks and drive tasks to completion.
- Excellent communication, analytical, written, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to work with global finance teams and manage multiple priorities.
