[HEALTHCARE] Assistant Manager, HR Business Partner (Good to have Public Linked Institutions / Healthcare Exp) (Up 5.2K) #HJC Singapore | Posted: Jan 12, 2025 Responsibilities Manpower Planning & Operations
- Projection of manpower establishment and review of hiring requests. Partner with Talent Acquisition team to pre-plan forward hiring for projected attrition.
- Provide advisory support on issues relating to performance management and people management.
- Communicate and advise on HR policies and implement management practices that align with policies and comply with regulations. Regularly review and improve workflow processes & procedures.
- Conduct exit interviews to establish and find out issues relating to staff retention and satisfaction.
- Manage annual/bi-annual mass renewal of practicing certificates for all existing Allied Health Professionals/Pharmacists.
- Prepare reports for supporting departments/overall JHC departments (as assigned).
- Manage all HR operational matters relating to the assigned division/departments, with support from Shared Services (where applicable). Compensation & Benefits
- Partner with Performance & Reward team to coordinate the promotion exercise and annual appraisal exercises and work closely with the line to review promotion recommendations.
- Address staff queries on compensation matters, with support from Performance & Reward team. Talent Management, Succession Planning & Employee Development
- Partner with Talent Management Specialist and Allied Health HODs in annual talent identification and succession planning exercise and work together on development posting opportunities for identified talents and potential successors. Employee Relations, Engagement & Change Management
- Provide advisory support on staff disciplinary or grievance handling including secretariat support for the investigations.
- Support in providing recommendations for interventions to improve employee engagement. Others
- Partner HODs to provide advice and guidance in the Master Service Agreement for staff secondment and work out the secondment terms and charges for agreement signing.
- Coordinate meetings and preparation of agenda and minutes of meeting.
- Support Annual Budget Planning exercise & submission of accruals.
- Contribute to OJT learning through sharing of good practices.
- Any other projects assigned. Job Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university, preferably in HR or Business Administration. Post-graduate diploma in human resource management or IHRP Certified Professional (IHRP-CP) preferred.
- Minimum 4-6 years of relevant HR generalist experience. Healthcare experience is an added advantage.
- A good understanding of various day-to-day HR operations, Employment Act, and HR-related legislations.
- Proficient in MS Office (MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, MS Word).
- Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence others.
- Able to multi-task and work independently in a fast-changing environment.
- Experience in the healthcare sector and familiarity with SuccessFactors HRIS will be an added advantage. #J-18808-Ljbffr
