Your future role within QRT A key member of the QRT equity research team, partnering with quantitative researchers to develop and refine core components for research and data computation Design and implement real-time indicator publishers by processing tick-by-tick data across APAC and global markets Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of internal data generation, integration, and management Facilitate seamless collaboration across teams to ensure efficient development, deployment, and troubleshooting processes 3+ years of professional experience in software development or quantitative roles Proficient in Python, with a solid understanding of C++ and expertise in Linux environments Highly responsive with strong multitasking capabilities Passion for solving complex technical challenges, with a focus on delivering robust, resilient, and flexible solutions Familiar with high-performance computing (HPC) in cloud environments, including experience with schedulers such as Slurm and Ray Experience in robust real-time systems Excellent communication skills, adaptable to dynamic and international team settings Good-to-have Computer Science degree or equivalent Hands-on experience with tick data, market microstructure, and exchange rules QRT is an equal opportunity employer.
