Sales Secretary

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manages customer requirements;
• Ensures full customer satisfaction by offering alternative methods available in the absence of the specific method asked by the customer;
• Ensuring adequacy of sales-related services and materials;
• Contributing to customer satisfaction by responding to complaints and giving after-sales services;
• Establishing active communication with sales representatives;

• At least 2 years in College or graduate of any 4-year Degree Course
• A proven sales experience in TeleSales or TeleMarketing is a plus and can be an alternative if the required education level is not available.
• Computer Savy and Techie.
• Outstanding communication skills.
• Good Understanding of what customer service is.
• Strong organizational skills.
