Brand and Marketing Officer

Our client seeks a highly creative and results-oriented Brand and Marketing Officer to join our dynamic team at a leading furniture manufacturing company. The successful candidate will develop and implement effective marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive sales, and solidify our position in the market. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a strong brand identity across all touchpoints.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and trends.
• Develop and implement brand positioning strategies.
• Manage brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all marketing materials.
• Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, print, and events.
• Manage the company's website and social media presence.
• Plan and execute product launches, promotions, and advertising campaigns.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, track key metrics, and report on results.
• Develop engaging content for various platforms, including website, blog, social media, and email marketing.
• Secure media coverage for the company and its products.
• Manage press releases and media inquiries.
• Support the sales team by providing marketing materials and insights.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve marketing objectives.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

3+ years of experience in brand management or marketing roles, preferably in the furniture or home goods industry.

Strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in content creation and social media management.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools is a plus.
