Location- Nimarana (Rajasthan) Job description- Responsible for Mould Machining to Assembly, Tryout, Rework & Mold approval. •Well versed in Tool manufacturing of Precision injection mold • Have knowledge & experience in mold design of plastic materials: - PA6 /PA66/PPS/PBT with GF -30%: 60%• Working knowledge of machining: VMC/CNC EDM/CNC wire cut & working knowledge of conventional machining: Milling/ Lathe/Surface Grinder /Cylindrical Grinder • Knowledge of welding: Laser /Argon etc. • Knowledge of Polishing. • Experience on hot runner injection mold mfg. • Experience on injection mold mfg. of 2 plate / 3 plate / Slider / Cam /lifter & for vertical injection machine - mold mfg. also • Knowledge of Mould steel /hardness & surface treatment also Candidate - BE- Mechanical / Advance Diploma in Tool & Die Manufacturing with 12-18 Years of experience in Precision Mold making with Multi cavities. Should be able to convert Mold design in precision molds. Leadership quality, team handling, Act as InCharge for the Tool Room for Mold Manufacturing.
