We are seeking proactive, organized, and disciplined individuals to troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues, assist with store setups, manage projects, and ensure high-quality work. 1. Assistant/Supervisor Maintenance

• To troubleshoot and resolve any issues or problems at the store.
• To resolve issues or problems at the store without incurring any charges from external vendors.
• Provide support to reduce the TNB bill through AMP reading, DB balancing, and by rectifying the capacitor bank function.
• Assist the Maintenance Manager in completing tasks related to M&E, Civil, and Air Conditioning.
• Act as the Maintenance Manager during the Manager's leave.

2. Executive, Project

• To assist the Manager in completing tasks.
• To provide the BQ (Bill of Quantities) to the vendor and compare the pricing and work scope.
• To monitor the work and quality of the vendor.
• To maintain high discipline in following the given timeline.
• Responsible for the entire process of new store setup and store refitting, from start to finish.
• Ensure that asset storage is properly organized at all times.

Job requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail maintenance or building/complex maintenance.
• Excellent skills and knowledge in M&E.
• Basic skills and knowledge in Civil, refrigeration, and air conditioning.
• Experience with new store setup or store refit is an advantage.
• Willing to travel.
