Join the Easy Authoring Team as a Communications Officer! Are you a creative and detail-oriented communications professional? Do you want to be part of a dynamic team with operations across Australia and India? If so, Easy Authoring is looking for someone like you to join us as a Communications Officer based in our growing Bangalore office !

  • Office Location: Trifecta Adatto, Garudacharpalya (opposite to Pheonix Market City)
  • Office Timings: Monday to Friday, 4 am to 1 pm
What you’ll be doing: As a Communications Officer, you’ll play a key role in developing and executing communications that help us engage better with our internal and external stakeholders. You’ll be the go-to person for preparing, reviewing, and ensuring the quality of communications across clients, contractors, and our internal staff. You’ll work closely with various teams to help meet our organisational goals. Key responsibilities:
  • Craft creative job ads : Develop attention-grabbing job advertisements that stand out on job boards and attract top talent.
  • Manage communications : Oversee the development and placement of media, stories, and other communication materials across multiple channels, ensuring they align with Easy Authoring’s objectives.
  • Monitor media : Keep an eye on the media landscape, finding opportunities to boost Easy Authoring’s profile and reach.
  • Coordinate across teams : Manage the communications workflow across different teams in both Bangalore and Australia, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
What we’re looking for:
  • Creative writing skills : You have a knack for drafting clear, engaging, and well-written content.
  • Strong communication : You’re able to build positive relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Interest in communications : You’re passionate about communications and have a good understanding of how to drive engagement.
  • Industry knowledge: Prior experience working with the recruitment industry will be advantageous.
What you’ll need:
  • A tertiary qualification in communications, public relations, journalism, media, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role working with internal and external stakeholders.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment , turning around tasks and projects on time.
  • High attention to detail – you make sure everything is spot on!
