Medical Provider Support Officer - Batangas - Lipa

• *Position: Medical Provider Support Officer**
• *Location:** Batangas (Lipa)
• *Status:** Urgent
• *Salary Offer:** ₱21,272.68 (₱818.18/day, 6 days/week, Monday to Saturday)

### **Qualifications:**

• **Gender:** Male, preferably with own motorcycle
• **Education:** Graduate of any 4-year Bachelor of Science course
• **Experience:**
• HMO, hospital, or clinic work experience is a plus
• Marketing experience is preferred
• **Skills & Attributes:**
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Smartsheet
• Good communication skills
• Pleasing personality; height is an advantage

### **Job Responsibilities:**

1. **Technology Implementation:**

- Implement new technologies and digital solutions to healthcare providers.

2. **Training & Support:**

- Provide training to provider staff on digital platforms.

3. **System Performance:**

- Resolve integration issues to maintain system reliability and performance.

4. **Data Management:**

• Generate reports and analytics to track integration initiatives.
• Maintain and organize the provider database.

5. **Provider Engagement:**

• Establish and maintain relationships with providers through regular visitations.
• Manage provider suspensions.

6. **Accounts Monitoring:**

- Track and monitor outstanding accounts receivable from providers.

7. **Member Facilitation:**

- Facilitate hospital admissions and discharges for healthcare members via face-to-face visits.

8. **Provider Accreditation:**

- Facilitate the accreditation of new providers, including hospitals, clinics, and doctors.

9. **Other Duties:**

- Perform other tasks as assigned by the immediate superior.
