Resident Engineer (C&S)

Job Position:- Resident Engineer (C&S) Working hours Mon - Fri (08.00 am to 5.00 pm) Sat - (08.00 am - 12.00 pm) Education & Qualification Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering or equivalent. Registered as Resident Engineer with BCA/IES/ACES. 3 to 10 years of relevant site supervision experience as a resident engineer. Skills And Knowledge Strong technical knowledge to review design details and method statements. Ability to resolve site issues during construction. Familiarity with local building codes, regulations, and authority requirements. Completion of at least one safety course and ability to identify potential safety infringements. Ability to manage a team of Site Supervisors (for Senior Resident Engineer, Resident Engineer, and Resident Architect roles). Administrative skills to maintain discipline and manage personnel records. Good communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively as a team player. Diligent, methodical, and meticulous. Willingness to work overtime and adapt to digitalization efforts in projects. Keen learner and supportive of new technologies in the built environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
