Stewarding - Chief Steward

Job Summary: The Chief Steward is responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of the stewarding team in ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas. Job Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the cleanliness and organization of all kitchen and dining areas.
2. Train and supervise the stewarding team in their daily tasks.
3. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in handling and storing kitchen equipment and chemicals.
4. Manage inventory and ordering of cleaning supplies.
5. Collaborate with other departments to support efficient operations.
