Vice President - MENA Investment Banking

Key Responsibilities- Working within a team to execute M&A transactions including preparation of marketing materials, development and review of due diligence reports, general financial analysis, and overall process coordination.
- Running and developing financial and operating models for marketing and transaction purposes.
- Working with an experienced senior team in a collaborative work environment.
- Examining the strategic and financial merits of proposed transactions for marketing purposes.
- Constructing economic models and performing financial analysis of companies and assets.
- Assisting seniors in preparing marketing materials, information memoranda, and data rooms, and coordinating the team’s transaction processes.
- Supporting cross-business development initiatives and executing live transactions to include in-depth market research (e.g., identification of acquirers/targets, transactions, market activity); detailed company profiling and analysis; compiling and managing databases; assisting with production of client presentations and documents (e.g., pitch books, process timetables, and letters, valuation materials, etc.).
- Involvement in client meetings and on client calls.
- Helping to develop the skill set and product/sector expertise of analysts in the team.
- Working well with others within and across groups and learning from existing team expertise.
- Demonstrating integrity, being seen as a respected role model, coaching, developing, and motivating the Analyst.
- Maintaining professionalism at all times and encouraging others to do the same.
- Strong academic background; investment banking, M&A advisory, or related experience.
- Strong project management skills. Able to manage multiple projects and workstreams effectively, delivering high-quality work on schedule.
- Highly numerate with solid financial modeling skills.
- Rigorous attention to detail.
- Ability to work autonomously while also participating collaboratively as part of a team.
- Team-oriented with excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
