The role We are in search of a Power & Utility Specialist - Pakistan, tasked with capitalizing on business prospects within the Energy sector in Pakistan. Possessing proven experience and a robust commercial grasp of both the Pakistani and Middle Eastern markets, you will be instrumental in:

• Preparing, updating and monitoring all relevant project management tools including but not limited to: work plans (schedules), project delivery;
• Coordinating with consultants and other stakeholders to implement reforms.
• Reviewing the institutional performance of the executing agencies with particular emphasis on technical capability;
• Assessing the performance of the contractors in general and the physical implementation of the works.
• Experience in optimizing business processes within the energy sector to enhance utility management and deliver training programs.
• Certification in reform management will be considered an advantage.

With a track record of achievement in a related role, you will have gained your experience in a consultancy environment and have a passion for building trusted relationships to drive positive change and win new work. Suitable applicants will have/be:

• Tertiary qualifications or a related discipline (e.g. B.Sc/BE in Electrical Engineering)
• 10 Years of Experience in Power sector
• Great understanding of the local region and working with government bodies
• Sound communication skills (written & verbal)
