As a Principal NLP Engineer , you will work alongside brilliant minds, driving the development of cutting-edge AI technologies and shaping the future of AI-driven enterprise solutions. Responsibilities

• Design and develop engaging, effective, and unambiguous NLP-based AI systems, addressing user intent, context, and desired outcomes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, UX/UI designers, and developers, to deliver exceptional user experiences.
• Conduct user research and analyze feedback to continuously fine-tune models.
• Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in AI, NLP, and conversational design.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive engineering documentation, including guidelines and best practices.
• Contribute to quality assurance and DevOps processes, resolving issues to ensure model effectiveness and user satisfaction.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field with a focus on language processing.
• 8+ years of experience in NLP and relevant projects with strong proficiency in Python.
• Expertise in machine learning frameworks, libraries, and large language models such as BERT and GPT.
• Deep understanding of NLP techniques for text representation, semantic extraction, data structures, and modeling.
• Experience in managing the full product lifecycle – from design and development to deployment and maintenance.
