Job Title : Principal NLP Engineer Location : Bandra (Work from Office) Exp - 9-13 years Mandatory - RAG, NLP, and generative AI projects. As a Principal NLP Engineer , you will work alongside brilliant minds, driving the development of cutting-edge AI technologies and shaping the future of AI-driven enterprise solutions. Responsibilities
- Design and develop engaging, effective, and unambiguous NLP-based AI systems, addressing user intent, context, and desired outcomes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, UX/UI designers, and developers, to deliver exceptional user experiences.
- Conduct user research and analyze feedback to continuously fine-tune models.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in AI, NLP, and conversational design.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive engineering documentation, including guidelines and best practices.
- Contribute to quality assurance and DevOps processes, resolving issues to ensure model effectiveness and user satisfaction.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field with a focus on language processing.
- 8+ years of experience in NLP and relevant projects with strong proficiency in Python.
- Expertise in machine learning frameworks, libraries, and large language models such as BERT and GPT.
- Deep understanding of NLP techniques for text representation, semantic extraction, data structures, and modeling.
- Experience in managing the full product lifecycle – from design and development to deployment and maintenance.
