Job Responsibilities Recruitment Oversee the entire recruitment process, including reviewing job description, job posting, candidates screening, shortlisting, interviewing, selection process, and manpower planning Develop recruitment strategies and explore new sourcing channels in building talent pool Participate in Career Fair and store visits Administer work pass application, renewal, and cancellation Manage new hire onboarding process, including preparation of employment contract, IT equipment requisition, orientation & induction, registering of clock-in account Build rapport with schools to manage internship and traineeship HR Operations Manage the Time Attendance system and maintain up-to-date attendance record Training registration and statutory surveys Create, maintain and update accurate employee data in Prosoft and government portals Prepare weekly Manpower reports, Budget reports, and any other ad-hoc reports Administration tasks Upkeep and maintenance of employees’ p-files Preparation of company letters – confirmation letters, promotion letters etc Track probation appraisal and follow-up on confirmation Organize staff activities and company events such as Company D&D, Teambuilding Requirements Degree in HR, Business or equivalent Preferably at least 3 years of relevant experience in HR Good knowledge of the Employment Act and Labour laws of Singapore Comfortable to handle high volume of transactions Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Vlookup and Pivot table Meticulous, good with prioritizing work and managing datelines Possess strong interpersonal, verbal & written communication skills Candidates with prior experience with Prosoft will have an added advantage #J-18808-Ljbffr
