Job Title: Assistant Sales Manager (Catering) (ID7058) Location: Clementi Working Hour: Mon to Fri, 9am-6.30pm Basic Salary: $3500-$4500 Benefits: AL 12 days, Performance Bonus (Jan and July) Job Description Respond to telephone/online catering sales enquiries. Build and maintain good client relationship and rapport. Solicit new corporate clients through cold calling and sales visits. Assist clients in professional event planning, packaging, and menu selection. Keep abreast of trends and developments in the catering industry. Actively brainstorm creative ideas to improve catering services to clients. Account for sales and profitability of event orders and ensure smooth operations of catering functions. Requirements: Possess O Level / Diploma / Degree in Business, Marketing. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the Hotel or Catering industry. Able to converse effectively in English and Mandarin to manage Mandarin-speaking clients. Self-discipline, proactive, and have a strong sense of urgency.
