Assistant Marketing Manager (Residential) Our client is a leading Singapore-based property company with a strong presence in real estate development, investment, and hospitality management. As part of the marketing team, you will play a key role in the entire lifecycle of property launches, from pre-launch preparations to the final handover of completed projects. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate property launches, handovers, and related activities. Liaise with legal teams and authorities to ensure accurate sales documentation and approvals. Conduct market research and comparative analyses to support marketing strategies. Manage customer, buyer, and agent inquiries professionally and efficiently. Organize and oversee showflat operations, logistics, and marketing events. Requirements: Minimum Diploma in Real Estate, Business, or related field with 5 years of relevant experience. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with strong analytical skills. Excellent organizational and communication skills, with attention to detail.
