Instrument Technician vacancy in Dar Kulaib Bahrain

An established manufacturing company in Dar Kulaib is seeking an experienced Instrument Technician to join our team on a contract basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing all types of industrial instrumentation equipment used in our production facility. Responsibilities:

1. Troubleshoot and repair various types of industrial instrumentation equipment, including pressure, temperature, flow, level, and analytical instruments.
2. Calibrate and test equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability.
3. Perform preventative maintenance on instruments as per manufacturer's recommendations.
4. Assist with the installation of new equipment and instrumentation systems.
5. Keep detailed records of repairs, maintenance, and inventory levels.
6. Communicate with other team members to coordinate work schedules and prioritize tasks.
7. Adhere to safety protocols at all times.

Requirements:

1. Minimum of 2 years' experience as an Instrument Technician in an industrial setting.
2. Associate's degree or higher in a relevant field (e.g. Electrical or Mechanical Engineering).
3. Strong understanding of electrical circuits and schematics.
4. Familiarity with various types of instrumentation systems and their functions.
5. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams.
6. Excellent troubleshooting skills.
7. Familiarity with biometric passport requirements preferred.
