Stryker has a unique opportunity for a highly driven and commercial-oriented individual with a strong background in medical sales and a deep understanding of the local market dynamics and the healthcare landscape in the region to drive the business of their Medical portfolio covering the Central region, Saudi Arabia.The SAGE business comprises infection prevention solutions helping to reduce the risk of hospital-acquired conditions, and injury prevention helping to reduce the risk of patient and staff injury. These solutions are designed to address preventable never-events while fitting seamlessly into the hospital's workflow, together we're shaping the future to help improve patient outcomes and caregiver efficiency across the continuum of care.What you needResponsibilities:Establishing and developing relationships with current and potential customers in their area of responsibility and maintaining its continuity.Building reliable projections/forecasts.Planning, implementing, and reporting customer/partner visits and demos in accordance with the business targets and customer demands.Translating strategy into an action plan autonomously, knowing daily, weekly, and monthly goals.Carrying out the delivery and installation of materials, and providing post-sales user training.Bringing customer bills to the accrual stage and following up on collections with the Finance and Accounting department.Communicating customer feedback to the Quality Management Representative and Manager, evaluating feedback, taking necessary actions, and reporting them.Communicating scientific support requests & plans to the marketing department and supporting the process.Required:Bachelor's degree in business, medical, or related.3-5 years of relevant experience.Proven performance of 2-3 years.Full professional proficiency in English and Arabic.KSA driving license.Strong communication skills.Ability to influence others to work collaboratively to achieve business objectives.Preferred:Experience in the medical devices business.Travel Percentage: 90%
