Imagicle designs and develops a single suite of UC applications and omnichannel conversational solutions, based on Artificial Intelligence, to improve the Customer (CX) and Employee (EX) Experience. Our applications, used in over 150 countries worldwide, especially in Europe, America, and the Middle East, help customers make their communications easier and more efficient. We are already managing a rich pipeline of opportunities in such territories, and we realized there's huge growth potential. In 2022 we opened the subsidiary in Riyad and now we have an amazing team of colleagues (from Sales to Support and Advanced services team) to best support our customers all over the region. That's why we are looking for a passionate Channel Sales to join our team and focus on the KSA region, with the working location in Riyadh. We're looking for a talented person, a motivated team player able to run in the wide fields of the market, ready to hunt new deals and build long-term relationships with customers. We are looking for absolutely and only the best salespeople out there to help us increase the market share, create long-term relationships with partners and customers and push sales. What you will do in Imagicle Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound calls, emails, and web 2.0 tools Understand customer needs and requirements Perform effective demos for customers Help partners to make quotas and offer Perform presentation and sales training to partners Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas Maintain and expand the database of contacts Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest Refer to the Channel Manager in the region Required skills 2-3 years of Sales experience Bachelor's degree Native Arabic speaking English proficiency, written and spoken Written and verbal skills; excellent phone manner Strong listening and presentation skills Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively What you will find An informal environment, where you live in harmony and where we count on you to make it better, because It's always a matter of happy people Working with outstanding colleagues, competent and always ready to help Innovative working Cloud tools, to collaborate everywhere The search for a continuous improvement of working methods Long-term relationship and commitment You are required to operate during the Saudi working week.
