Area Manager - Lower South Region

About the role – Area Manager at Smith&Smith - Lower South Region Reporting to the National Operations Manager, you will oversee the operations of Smith&Smith locations, mobile and authorised dealers in the Lower South Region. You’ll be hiring, training, and developing effective teams, implementing Belron standards, and working cross-functionally to achieve success. Ultimately, Area Manager is accountable for driving brand awareness, and increasing profitability within their territory. About You:

• Seasoned in managing multiple branches with a keen eye for operational and commercial success.
• A passion for Belron NZ Limited’s mission to keep Kiwis safe on the road, at home and at work.
• Experienced in fostering strong relationships and managing diverse teams across geographies.
• Be motivated by a drive for business excellence and continuous improvement.
• Customer focused with a commitment to delivering a first-class experience.
• Have the ability to travel regularly.
• Have a clean full driver's licence.
• Must have complete, unrestricted rights to work in New Zealand.

This is a Fixed term until 31 March 2025 based in Dunedin.
